Worldpac Announces Leadership Transition: Chief Commercial Officer David Heine Announces Retirement, to be Succeeded by Dominic Garcia

OAK BROOK, IL – October 30, 2025 – Worldpac today announced a leadership transition, as Chief Commercial Officer David Heine will retire at the end of the year after 27 years of distinguished service to the company and the industry.
David joined Worldpac in June 1998, bringing with him extensive industry expertise and a trusted approach to leadership. Throughout his tenure, he has been a driving force behind the company’s sustained growth, successfully steering strategic direction and guiding teams through the evolving automotive landscape. Before joining Worldpac, David established a notable career, including key leadership positions at APS (ISW Division) and Genuine Parts Company.
Effective January 1, 2026, Dominic Garcia, current Vice President of National Sales, will succeed David Heine, stepping into the role of Chief Commercial Officer. Garcia will assume responsibility for all sales and marketing leadership.
