Technical Training Program
The WORLDPAC Technical Training Program provides advanced level diagnostic training for independent repair technicians. The complexities of properly diagnosing and repairing late model vehicles require training that until now has not been readily available to the Independent Repair Professional.

Program 2 - WORLDPAC Assist “Repair Hotline” connects technicians with 41 factory trained, ASE master techs via telephone for personal one-on-one service. Pay for this service by the job, there is no enrollment or monthly fee. The WORLDPAC Assist programs provide technicians the information they need to fix vehicles faster as well as help to increase shop productivity & billable hours.
