WORLD SOURCE ONE Batteries

In February of this year, WORLDPAC launched their new line of WORLD SOURCE ONE, maintenance free, exact fit, exact performance, OEM style batteries. With complete foreign and domestic coverage, the WORLD SOURCE ONE line is unique in that it includes hard to find “DIN” European exact fit applications. The line provides solutions for the discriminating installer who wants to maintain a vehicles original condition with a new unit that fits “exactly” where the OEM battery was installed and meets or exceeds Cold Cranking Amp and Reserve Capacity ratings. These features, including exact dimensions, case hold down requirements and proper ventilation fittings are critical for late model Mercedes, BMW and other highline makes and limited access applications.

Some of the WORLD SOURCE ONE hard to find, exact fit applications include true BCI groups; 40R, 47, 48, 49, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94R, 95R and 97R. In addition, the WORLD SOURCE ONE line includes three Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) batteries where supplied as OEM. Most BMW and Mercedes models, 2003 and later, use an AGM battery, as does the hard to find Mazda Miata Application.

From a construction standpoint, WORLD SOURCE ONE batteries are manufactured in the US, utilizing a Calcium Lead alloy, enhanced with Silver, positive and negative full framed, highly efficient power path grids. This construction meets the stringent OEM specifications not found in most aftermarket batteries. WORLD SOURCE ONE batteries carry a full unconditional 24 month warranty.
