Mike has 39 years of experience in the automotive industry.  Following the sale of his own business, Mike began studying repair shop management.  The combination of his hands-on experience and management knowledge quickly made Mike an in-demand Consultant.  Following several years of consulting work, Mike began developing management training programs which lead him to his current role as Director of Business Management for the WORLDPAC Training Institute.

Personal:

Mike has devoted 30 years to coaching youth baseball.  His coaching accomplishments include taking a year 14 team to their division World Series where they played against teams from different countries.  Mike also enjoys fishing and spending time with his family..
