WORLDPAC has formed a relationship with Customer Research Inc. to provide the same quality CSI surveys that they provide to many new car dealers nation wide. Customer Research has been providing personal CSI follow up surveys since 1967. They are an approved CSI company for many of the dealers and collision centers.
Once a WORLDPAC customer enrolls in the program, they will be given their own online password to access all of their CSIs and monthly reports.This gives the shop owner all the information about their customers experience. All repair order information is strictly private and can be sent to Customer Research through various mediums (electronic, fax, mailed, etc.). Customer Research is bound to a confidentiality agreement with each participating customer.
