OFFICIAL RULES: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCE OF WINNING. The WORLDPAC 2010 Advertising Campaign TV Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. EDT on Wednesday December 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EDT on Friday December 31, 2010 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The sweepstakes is sponsored by WORLDPAC INC. (“Sponsor” or “WORLDPAC”) and is subject to these official rules. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on all entrants.

ELIGIBILITY: The WORLDPAC 2010 Advertising Campaign TV Sweepstakes is open to individuals who, at the time of entry, are either US residents eighteen (18) years or older or legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which they are domiciled, with the exception of residents of Quebec who are ineligible for this sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, provincial and municipal laws. Void where prohibited by law. WORLDPAC has the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant selected to win the prize.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, the entrant must complete the required fields on the WORLDPAC.com website. Entrant must complete the entire form to be eligible. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCE OF WINNING. THE CHANCES OF WINNING FOR THOSE WHO ENTER WITHOUT MAKING PURCHASES ARE THEREFORE THE SAME AS THE CHANCES FOR THOSE WHO MAKE PURCHASES. Limit: one entry per person. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any printing errors, lost, delayed, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, late, damaged, or misdirected entries or prize claims. All entries are subject to verification and are null and void if not obtained through legitimate channels, if from any other game, if counterfeited, illegible, mutilated, lost, late, stolen, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, or inaccurate, or if there is any failure due in whole or part to any software, hardware or transmission failures or postage-due entries.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes Period begins at begins at 12:01 a.m. EDT on Wednesday December 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EDT on Friday December 31, 2010.
 
PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize – a LCD HDTV, with an approximate retail value of U.S. $1,500. PRIZE WINNERS will be responsible for all costs, taxes, and expenses not specified as part of the prize, including but not limited to: sales tax, destination charges, and all other costs incurred in claiming the prize. IF THE PRIZE WINNER IS A CANADIAN RESIDENT, THE PRIZE WILL BE DELIVERED TO WINNER’S CANADIAN ADDRESS AT SPONSOR’S EXPENSE; SPONSOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY APPLICABLE CANADIAN IMPORT DUTIES. THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL OTHER APPLICABLE TAXES AND EXPENSES DURING HIS OWNERSHIP AND OPERATION OF THE PRIZE. The odds of winning a Prize are based on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER SELECTION: The Prize winners will be determined in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the entry period, to take place at 4:00 p.m. PST on Wednesday January 5, 2011 in Newark, California, USA. The entrants selected to win the prizes will be notified by either or both of telephone and mail within thirty (30) days. The selected entrants will be required to return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity release within fourteen (14) days following notification, or an alternative entrant may be selected. For a Canadian resident to be eligible to win the prize, the potential winner must correctly answer without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by phone after the potential winner is notified of his/her selection in the Sweepstakes and otherwise comply with the Sweepstakes rules. Residents of Quebec are ineligible for this sweepstakes.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS:
The Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No substitution or cash equivalent of the Prizes are permitted; however, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize with another of equal or greater value. The entrant selected to win a Prize must sign and return any required affidavit of eligibility, prize acceptance, publicity release, and, if applicable, IRS-W9 forms, and must otherwise comply with the Sweepstakes rules in order to be confirmed a Prize winner. All documents must be returned (i) within fourteen (14) days following issuance. Failure to complete and deliver all documents or if prize notification cannot be made or is returned as undeliverable will result in the disqualification of the selected entrant, and an alternate entrant will be selected by random drawing by the Sponsor from the eligible entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and shall be subject to potential legal action. The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, withdraw or amend the Sweepstakes in Canada for any reason and without notice including, without limitation, if contest judges suspect tampering has occurred. By submitting an entry form, the Prize winner grants the Sponsor and those acting under its authority permission to use his name, likeness and comments for advertising and publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law. WHO WON: The names of the Prize winners will be posted on the WORLDPAC.com website. The names of the winners can also be obtained by sending a self-addressed envelope (if writing from the U.S.A., include first-class return postage) on or before Friday December 31, 2010 to 2010 Advertising Campaign TV Sweepstakes Winner’s Names, Marketing Department, 37137 Hickory Street, Newark CA., 94560 USA.
